Staff are very nice and helpful. The hotel is at a good location. Bus from Gudvangen stop in front of the hotel. It's very convenient.

Situated along Hardanger Fjord, this waterfront hotel offers views of Folgefonna Glacier, indoor and outdoor pools, along with a private beach area. Wi-Fi access and private parking are both free. The location is perfect. Spa is an extra benefit. We had dinner at the restaurant. Viktoriia provided an excellent service. Big thanks to the chef for a fantastic presentation and delicious food.

Brakanes Hotel is located on the shores of the Hardanger Fjord in Ulvik. The hotel restaurant features a buffet and a la carte menu of local dishes. Free WiFi is included. Very Silent and Peaceful location. I just could not get enough of the view. It had an apple tree outside our Balcony. Dinner was Super expensive, I will not say no, but the chef is top. Always ask for a Table Fan which will be given to you on request, as u will need 1 for slight air circulation in the room….coz u will need to shut the windows coz of the outside noise and mosquitoes sometimes.…or else u might feel stuffy or sweaty in the middle of the night…..this is a tip to be used in the whole of Norway.

Eidfjord Hotel has a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Eidfjord. Free private parking is available and the hotel also offers bike hire for guests who want to explore the surrounding area. Staff were very helpful. They fixed the loud, squeaky bathroom door handle within a few hours of us reporting it. They loaned us an iron and ironing board. The location was excellent. It was quiet but fairly close to the main tourist area. There were good views in almost every direction. There was free parking and good WiFi. There were lots of shelves (though not in the bathroom). The shower was excellent (good pressure, steady temperature, good enclosure). The bed was softer-than-average, which I liked. The pillow was good (not too thick). The breakfast was good except for the juice which was watery. The on-site restaurant is very good and is open for dinner until 9 p.m., but it has only a small menu. (It is closed on Tuesday evenings.) There are other restaurants nearby, as well as a food truck that sells Thai food. The lounge area is roomy. There are no TV's which I liked (i.e. no loud TV sounds coming from other rooms). Though we heard some noise from the hallway, we never heard sounds from the two adjoining rooms. One can't accidentally lock oneself out of one's room because you have to use your key to lock the door.

Vik Pensjonat features a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Eidfjord. The hotel also offers free WiFi and free private parking. Certain rooms will provide you with a kitchen with a fridge. The view, the quirkiness, the fact our kids could slide on the site was a highlight! We used our drone from a higher point, 15 min walk from the cottage to film the kids and the view was absolutely amazing! The fjord was stunning! We found food at the local supermarket only a few minutes away by foot. The service station makes nice coffee which I grabbed early morning and off i went for a walk, full snow and freezing temp but it was a delight!

This former farmhouse has been carefully restored and converted into a rustic hotel and restaurant. Just 1 km from Voss, modern amenities such as free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs feature in each room. Wonderful location up on the mountain with a beautiful view. The rooms are cozy. WIFI is perfect. The breakfast is great. The dinner is fantastic; we had dinner three times here because we liked it that much. All the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Situated by the Hardangerfjord, this family-run hotel is 5 minutes’ walk from Ulvik village. It offers a large furnished terrace, free WiFi and a variety of accommodation options. My family and I (3 children) stayed in a house next to the hotel. This is a separate apartment for all you need. With a separate entrance and privacy. The house is huge, one of the biggest I've seen. 5 beautiful and spacious bedrooms. There is an amazing view of the fjord from the house. The parents' main bedroom is also large and luxurious. With lots of closets and a view of a river. Huge and well equipped kitchen. A huge balcony overlooks one of the most beautiful fjords we have seen. In a 2 minute walk you reach the fjord. Easy access to the water. You can enter or fish. The service at the hotel was professional, generous and helped us with every question and consultation. He also recommended us for trips around Ulvik. There is also a huge games room near the reception. And a huge trampoline outside. We will definitely be back!

With an idyllic location by the Hardangerfjord, this elegant hotel features traditional décor, a waterfront garden and free Wi-Fi. The impressive Steinsdalsfossen Waterfall is a 5-minute drive away. It's a wonderful hotel! The location is breathtaking, the service is excellent! I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of breakfast.
