The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. There was an issue with one of the rooms initially but they were quick to help us and resolve the issue.

Hotel Biplan je del prenovljene stavbe iz 19. stoletja in se nahaja v središču mesta Daugavpils, 500 m od reke Daugave. Na voljo je brezplačen dostop do WiFi. It's a great hotel for its value. The staff is cheerful and kind. The breakfast is great. The parking is good, just make sure you don't miss the little sign "P". I definitely recommend.
