We spent one week there and we had a pleasant stay. It's a brand new hotel. Everything went well and even better than expected. The staff is really helpful, they provided everything that we needed. The breakfast and dinner were delicious. The room and common areas were always clean. The pool is really nice. We would definitely go back there.

Cala Bona y Mar Blava ligger 100 m fra en afskærmet strand i den historiske by Ciutadella på Menorca. Hotellet har en udendørs pool og solterrasse. Highly recommended. Classic 1960s hotel on Cuitadella's urban beach, just 15min walk into old town. Big balconies with fab views. Great patio, adorable little pool, and private sea swimming area. Why is this a two-star?

Hotel ARTIEM Capri is just 500 meters from Mahon’s main shops and bars. Es Grau Beach is 8 km away and S’Albufera Nature Reserve is within 7 km. I loved the Green Lounge where free drinks and snacks (beer & wine, soft drinks, tea & coffee) were available (self service) until midnight. It gave a nice atmosphere to the hotel. I enjoyed reading a book, chilling there at the end of my day. The breakfast was lovely, with an "egg station" where eggs were made on the spot to your liking (the lady was lovely, a pleasure to see here every morning). Also, I checked out at 6.20am and the day before the lovely lady at reception offered breakfast to go, which was very handy. Make sure to ask the day before. The room was spacious, well thought and nothing beats Italian showers. The location was good for me - walking distance from the port and restaurants (Mahón is rather small). Also it is close to the airport (10min by bus - L10) which drops you at the bus station (3 min away from the hotel). The same bus station allows you to travel around the island if you didn't rent a car. It takes 1h to go to Ciutadella, on the other side of the island (50min with the Xpress bus).

Hotel Maïa ligger i Ciutadella, mindre end 1 km fra Gran Strand, og har terrasse, allergivenlige værelser og gratis wi-fi overalt. The hotel is quaint, beautiful and very peaceful; it couldn't be in a better spot, right in the very centre of the historic Ciutadella. Everything is so lovely decorated, giving a charming and fresh vibe (the hotel also smelled so nice in all the areas :)). We stayed in the terrace room, which was incredible. The terrace was huge and the view was amazing. There were Rituals products in the bathroom, which was also nice. The room overall was top. The breakfast was also great, where little plates with local foods were prepared, like Menorcan cheese and sausage, eggs and more - there were a variety of different things that were prepared on the spot. Apart from this, the staff was so lovely and helpful! Thanks for making the stay so nice.

Hotel S'Antiga Adults Only ligger i Es Mercadal og har udendørs swimmingpool, fælles opholdsstue, terrasse og restaurant. Ejendommen har bar og ligger under 23 km fra Mahon Havn. Very good and cozy hotel. The staff is very friendly, helped with any questions we had. Tomeu suggested places to visit two days in advance and they were amazing. Cleanliness, wonderful aromas and a calm atmosphere.

Menorca offers a wide range of possibilities regarding hosting options, including all types of hotels and its locations. S'Estancia Suites is not an obvious choice, since it is a small hotel located in a city that is not the most touristic city of the island (Es Mercadal), but we are highly pleased with our stay. S'Estancia team goes far and beyond to make you feel at home and this small hotel offers comfortable and very well decorated suites with comfy beds and high quality linen, towels, etc... making the island experience relaxing and pleasant. They offer a nice breakfast with local products and the hotel also has a pool, that I must confess we did not enjoyed because we preferred going to the beaches. And here is something to take into account if you are planning to visit Menorca: the island is not that big, but you will enjoy the most if you have a car (there is a public parking in front of the hotel), and will be really convenient to rent a car while you are in the island, so you can visit different cities, beaches and other spots (do not miss the lighthouses). If you are planning to go to a hotel and to stay around it all your time, probably Es Mercadal is not the place for you. But if you are planning to know the island, to explore its cities and beaches and to return every day to a hotel that feels like home, you may consider to book S'Estancia. You will not regret! The team is fantastic. The tips they gave are precious... and you may borrow all you need to enjoy a sunny day at the beach (including beach chairs). And to be fair I have to say that although Es Mercadal is not a city with many touristic attractions, there are nice dining options and you do not have to leave the city to have nice tapas, pizzas or ice creams... the city center is very nice and have good options. We loved our stay... and recommend it to everyone who value its money!

Meloussa Boutique Hotel ligger i Ciutadella, 1,1 km fra Gran-stranden, og har terrasse, ikkeryger-værelser og gratis wi-fi overalt. Such a wonderful experience. Hotel Amano Maison Carrée ligger i Alaior, under 14 km fra Mahon Havn, og har sæsonåben udendørs swimmingpool, ikkeryger-værelser og gratis wi-fi overalt. It truly is a nice and quiet place. Perfect location. Hotel rooms are confortable and spacious. I highly recommend it overall. We will be sure to stay here again in the future

S'Enclova Petit Hotel ligger i Ciutadella, 1,3 km fra Gran-stranden, og har fælles opholdsstue, ikkeryger-værelser og gratis wi-fi. It was all superb! Specially its host Alvaro who gave us lot of recomendations and helped us a lot in our stay in Menorca
