Staff help with information about the city and even prepared breakfast to go because we had to leave earlier. Room was clean, comfortable and organized.

The common area (breakfast space) was spacious and well-illuminated. The complimentary breakfast was a beautiful spread, offering something for everyone. The room was quiet while being centrally located in Paris. The neighborhood was quaint yet lively and very local (not touristy). The view from the large, classic French windows (which totally open!) was charming and sweeping. All staff members were helpful, especially Valérie and Najwa. Valerie was always cheerful and available. Najwa went out of her way to help my mom find her iphone (which she thought she left at a restaurant) by making the local call and asking staff there. She ultimately helped her mom locate it through Locate Devices on my mom's iWatch. They were all gracious.

We loved this sweet boutique hotel in the perfect location for us to feel like we were in authentic Paris where Parisians lived. The staff was very kind, friendly, and helpful. Our room on the 6th floor was very quiet and had a beautiful view. And the bed was very comfortable.

It was nice, obviously small as everywhere else in Paris, but it was really really comfortable! The receptionists were super friendly, always smiling persons. Speaked in English pretty well! Este hotel está localizado na margem esquerda de Paris, a poucos passos do Rio Sena e a 100 metros da Estação de Metro Bibliothèque François Mitterrand. Pequeno almoço muito bom, com muita diversidade de oferta/produtos e boa qualidade, o WI-FI é excelente, alimpeza e organizacao dos espaços é muito boa e acolhedora. Quero realçar a simpatia e cordialidade dos Funcionários, muitos parabéns. Tenho viajado muito pelo Mundo, e procuro sempre utilizar os Hoteis da rede IBIS ( onde há ...), dado a relaçao qualidade /preço e estou muito Satisfeito. Bom Natal e Feliz Ano Novo
